Nashville’s initial tasting-menu-only cafe, the Catbird Seat is a jewel box of a eating space with bar seating all-around an open kitchen, and cooks serving diners straight. Given that its 2011 start out, the cooks have improved (cooks Will Aghajanian and Liz Johnson at the moment are in charge) although the succession of dishes is better than ev
